Inky doesn't pour your item into one generic template. For each marketplace we support, Inky keeps a maintained profile of how that platform actually works — its title format, the structured fields it requires, the tags it uses, how it expects pricing and photos, and most importantly what its search and ranking system rewards. When you generate a listing, Inky tailors the title, description, fields, tags, price guidance, and photo set to that marketplace's rules — not a one-size-fits-all draft. Two things stay constant: every listing is honest about condition and every visible flaw, and Inky isn't a one-time build — as the marketplaces change and develop, so does Inky. We do the hard research on listing rules and trends so you don't have to keep relearning each platform yourself.

Yes. Inky's own engine does the work — cleaning your photos in our own studio, reading your tags, writing each listing, and pricing from what comparable items actually sold for. It's tuned for resale and built to be honest about an item's real condition — not a front-end for someone else's chatbot. (You can optionally connect your own ChatGPT to take on the heavy image work — see below — but Inky is complete on its own.)

Where a marketplace allows it (like eBay), Inky can post directly. Elsewhere it gets your listing fully ready and walks you through posting in a tap or two — you're always in control of what goes live. We won't do anything that risks your accounts.

Pearls are Inky's credits: you spend them on the work Inky does for you — writing a listing or checking a price is one Pearl, and the deep studio photo polish is two. Cleaning up your photos is free, and Ask Inky comes with every plan. Every plan includes the full toolkit; the only difference is how many Pearls you get. Run low and you can top up anytime — bought Pearls never expire.

An optional extra, off by default — Inky always runs on her own engine and is complete without it. If you already have a ChatGPT account, you can connect it in your settings and some heavy photo work runs there instead, so your Pearls go further.
